Hi Im 26 Yrs Old I Have Pain In My

Hi im 26 yrs old i have pain in my lower left side of my stomatch an have gone to the E.R because of it i had a c.t done urine and blood test done and everything is fine but i have been really constapated and still have the pain an notice white fuzzy things in my stool what could it be i had the pain for about 7 moths on an off but is gotten worse ?
