Hi Im 27 Years Old. Started My Period Around Age

Hi im 27 years old. Started my period around age 13. Ive ALWAYS had horrible pms cramps(waist, back, even legs) and evwn worse after birth on 2011. My current period that started 2 days ago, i feel no cramps at all. What could cause this? We are ttc. No changea in diet/ medication etc.
