Normal sized slightly anteverted nulligravid uterus Thin and intact isoechoic endometrium (0.54cm) negative on color flow mapping with very slightly dilated uterine cavity with minimal intrauterine fluid/ mucus within. Presence of tubulocystic structure with in the right adnexal area. PCO bilateral with small sized follicles.
