Hi, im 28 years old, i had my ultrasound result and the result was

There is evidence of adnexal anechoic tubulocystic structure with thin filmy septations with in the latter located posterior to the uterus towards the right most likely representing a dilated fallopian tube approximately 2.5cm x 3.55cm x 1.00cm (vol. 4 71 ml) negative color flow mapping..

Normal sized slightly anteverted nulligravid uterus
Thin and intact isoechoic endometrium (0.54cm) negative on color flow mapping with very slightly dilated uterine cavity with minimal intrauterine fluid/ mucus within.
Presence of tubulocystic structure with in the right adnexal area.
PCO bilateral with small sized follicles.
