Hi Im 28 Years Old, I Have Been Having Unprotected

Hi im 28 years old, i have been having unprotected sex with my wife for over 5 yrs now. Few days ago i saw a whitish yellow discharge out of my pee hole. When i pee it feels normal no pain, a few days ago the tip turned red and is now very sensitive. I saw on multiple sites about eatibg garlic gloves to kill any infection. Does anyone kno what this might be?
