Hi Im 30 Yrs Old With Intramural Type Of Myoma,

Hi im 30 yrs old with intramural type of myoma, i got pregnant before ive notice that i have fibroids and unfornately i had lossed my 17 weeks baby or called missed abortion, is it possible the caused of my miscarriage is the myoma? Should i get pregnant again even i have 8.5 cm mass fibroids? Is there any way how to shrink it without surgery? Please hope i can have better and realistic answer.thank you :)
