Hi Im 30yrs Old .i Got My Papsmear Test One

Hi im 30yrs old .i got my papsmear test one week ago. And my result is predominance of coccobacilli consistent with shift vaginal flora . Reactive is inflammation .minimal includes typical repair. What does it mean? Is it serious or what medicine should be treated? What is the causes ?please help me answer my question its my first time to have a papsmear.thanks
