Hi im 31 and have been a regular drinker since 16 with 2breaks in between to have 2 children . Ive started to cut back and some full weeks stop completly . For a few mths now ive had pins and needles in my right hand . Metalic taste in mouth and always have dizziness and previously got diagnosed with vertigo but was treated . Can you help?
