Hi, I'm 31 Years Old. I Have Always Had Issues

Hi, i'm 31 years old. I have always had issues with irregular menstrual cycle and have tried a couple of times to correct it using some oral contraceptives prescribed by the doctor i consulted. For about a year now it has been regular and suddenly it stopped last month. Instead, i saw some brown discharge for a few days. I decided to watch it for this month and it still came as light brown discharge. Please i need some help or advice as to what to do.
