Hi Im 31 Yrs Old Married For 3yrs But Staying

Hi im 31 yrs old married for 3yrs but staying apart due to working issuess..ttc recently ...meeting up once every 6 months ...my cycles r 27 to 33 days frequency..n lssts for 3 days light bleeding ....n had premenstrual spooting issusses tooo know hypothyroid on 50 umg.....my lmp was 27/11/2016..i tuk clomid 50mg from d2 to d6 for 5 days ....n with ovulation strips not sure about ovulation but consider 12th as ovulation day ...inspite of being aware of ovulation ..started sisten 200mg from 15th night...wats my fate next....can i conceive dis month.???cant wait for testing ...geting nervous..cant sleep..now im having slight cramps with wet vagina n mild white discharge ..today....wat next...plz advice...thank u ...
