Hi Im 32 And For The Past 4 Months A

Hi im 32 and for the past 4 months a have been discharging red string like discharge and worried that i have pin worms in my vagina as a few months ago i came from hoildays and noticed worms in my faeces..i dont have a regular period and bleed red blood every two weeks for two days or three but nothing heavy ligth bleed but everyday i have red string like discharge..what could this be
