Hi Im 34weeks Pregnant And Experiencing Pre Term Labor I

Hi im 34weeks pregnant and experiencing pre term labor i was also diagnosed of having uti, i was given duvadilan tablet to be taken 3times a day and altoclav for my uti still to be taken 3times a day both medicine to be taken for 7days and iwas also advised to take a complete bed rest. Is it safe to take those medicine now that im almost due to give birth?
