Hi, Im 35 Years Old Male, And For About 7

Hi, im 35 years old male, and for about 7 months i had nausea dizziness, very little appetite. Had endoscopy and came back to have an irritated stomach lining, gastritis. All blood work normal, ive been on a diet for 2 months now, benn on omaprezole for 2 months feel the same, ive gad metallic taste on tongue for about 2 months now. Symptoms gi away and come back* what could it be? Thank you* had stress test done, sonogram of stomach also normal*
