Hi, Im 37 Yrs Old Female.. Everytime I Had My

Hi, im 37 yrs old female.. Everytime I had my bp checked it.sas always 90/60. But few days ago, I suddenly felt a light headedness and at times nauseated. Last nigt, while walking I felt dizzy, thank god im in a mall, and went on a dental clinic and ask a favor if they could check my bp. I thought my bp was high, but.this is my first time that it got too low, 60/30, after 10minutes, I.asked again for a bp and it was 70/30..
Is this alarming? Please give me an advice. Thanks
