Hi , Im 41yrs Old. I Had My Chest Xray

Hi , im 41yrs old. I had my chest xray and apico lordotic view .. reveals apical pleural thickening noted bilaterally withminimal ill-defined infiltrates noted on the left apex.
These findings were not visualized on the apico lordotic view..

Impression of reader is like this:
APICAL PLEURAL THICKENING , BILATERAL WITH MINIMAL ILL-DEFINED INFILTRATES MAYBE RELATE TO PTB OF UNDETERMINED ACTIVITY..

Im so worried about this . What does it means.. since the findings were not
visualized on apico lordotic view.
