Hi , Im 42 Years Old And Lately My Foreskin

Hi , im 42 years old and lately my foreskin has been tight and hard to retract when aroused. It feels quite dry also. There are what appears to be stretch marks on the top ring of my foreskin. I noticed it got worse when swimming in a pool so i stopped that but it is still not normal. I have never had this problem before . please help me.
