Hi Im 6 Weeks Pregnant. I Have Been Having Brown

Hi im 6 weeks pregnant. I have been having brown discharge since one week. I went to gynecologist and she prescription Duphaston, ascard 75 and inj. IVF C 5000 after tht Spotting had stopped . But today morning i agn had minor light brown spotting and feeling light pain in right side stomach. Plz dobsuggest wht should i do further?is it normal or any harmfull? Im on completely bed rest.
