Hi Im 6 Weeks Pregnant And My Scan Result That

Hi im 6 weeks pregnant and my scan result that i my baby has low amniotic fluid. my doctor put me in a bed rest for 2 weeks and keep my body hydrated. she wants to see me aftet 3 weeks for another ultrasound. is there a chance for increased the amnuotic fluid of my baby? pls help me .. my baby has a good heartbeat
