Hi, Im A 22 Year Old Female And Over The

Hi, im a 22 year old female and over the last few months little red spot like things have been appearing on my right breast. They dont hurt or itch. I havent worried about them until tonight when i was about to go in the shower and noticed another one appeared but this one is larger than the rest and looked like a normal pimple so i tried to squeeze it , nothing came out but a small bruise appeared next to it and also i little white lump. Could this be anything serious.
