Hi I'm A 29 Year Old Woman . I Have

Hi i'm a 29 year old woman . I have my right tonsil swollen and it has a large crypt. I don't have pain or any other symptom or problem. Since I discovered the swollen tonsil two months ago it has been the same size. I have seen two ETN and they think there is nothing suspicious. My question is : do i need a biopsy? Or do i have to trust my ETN diagnosis by just observing the tonsil? Thank you
