Hi im a 33 year old female ive been having really bad upper back pain for 2 years it hurts to sit to lie on it hurts all the time no pain killer works or phisio therapy ive had chest x ray there clear but its having effect on my every day life its all upper back and left shoulder pain it also effects my sleep I wake up in pain
