Hi Im A 34 Yr Old Female. I Recently Found

Hi im a 34 yr old female. I recently found a bald spot at the top of my head, which seemed to appear out of nowhere, I've also been having shortness of breath and can feel my heart in my chest more than the normal heart beat. Also a loss of appetite and not being able to fall asleep. When i finally do I seem to not want to wake up and when I do Im just tired all the time. Is there anything you can tell me about that. the hair loss has been over a month and the other symptoms within the last week.
