Hi Im A Hairdresser I Have Started To Get Pain

Hi im a hairdresser i have started to get pain stiffnes in my fingers and arms at night and when i first wake up some night i cant move to turn arround in bed because ive pain in my arms and allot of achyness also i coudnt grip with my hands what could this be thank you
