Hi Im Bryan 33 Years Old. I Have My Recently

Hi im bryan 33 years old. I have my recently chest x-ray it saids there is an ovoid opacities projecting the right 2nd rib. No focal consolodation. The heart is not enlarged. Both lateral costophrenic sulcus are not visualized. Impression: ovoid opacities in the right may represent a bone island versus or granumol.What does it mean?is it dangerous and needs to worry? I am not a smoker..Thank you and god bless..
