Hi, Im Currently Starting My 5th Pack Of Zenchent 0.4/35.

Hi, im currently starting my 5th pack of zenchent 0.4/35. On july 2nd, i was late taking one pill by 2hrs. I took it and continued on my normal schedule of taking the pills at 4pm everyday. Since then its been spotting & non stop bleeding, bright red like a period, EVERYDAY. 7-8am it will wake me up out of my sleep & ill feel it starting and will cease as heavy & go back to spotting at about 9pm to overnight. What is going on! All of this blood is making my vaginal area smell horrible. Is it too much estrogen, not enough, do i need to get off this pill, what? Everything was fine up until i was late taking that one pill. Can someone guide me in the right direction about what is going on? Thanks
