Hi, Im Experiencing A Weird Pain When I Go To

Hi, im experiencing a weird pain when i go to the washroom to pee and my stomach is being really loud.. For the past couple years ive been suffering from a lot of stomach growling from who knows what and rib pain and heartburn
Im not sure what to do... No one seems to know what to do with me. Help?
