Hi, I'm Having Joint Pain Lately Since Last Month And

Hi, i'm having joint pain lately since last month and started taking prednesone. My doctor diagnosed I have Rheumatoid arthritis, but blood test result is not out yet. The first two weeks of this month doctor gave me 15mg prednisone, but the pain comes again after finished the medicine. So, my doctor gave me 30mg daily yesterday. My ESR blood test result is 35. Will it be very high for a female aged 27?

And before my joints pain, my weight was around 64/65kg. Now, my weight is around 59/60kg. Is this because after taking prednisone?
