Hi Im Having Really Bad Shooting Pains In My Lower

Hi im having really bad shooting pains in my lower abdomen and its shooting down to my anus, im not constipated im eating as normal and this pain has come from no where, i hurts to walk cough sneeze and i feel like i need the toilet but nothing there?
