Hi I'm Having Sinus Issues Starting A Few Weeks Ago

Hi i'm having sinus issues starting a few weeks ago and they worsen each time I do Lsd or Mdma but haven't before up until recently. I have a humidifier that ive had for about 5 months and haven't cleaned it at all and sometimes let the mist fill my nose and i'm thinking thats what might be causing it
