Hi, Im Having This Weird Feeling In/around The Right Testicle.

Hi, im having this weird feeling in/around the right testicle. Its not pain,but some weird feeling. A month ago i was having a little pain..my GP asked to take urine,blood,kidney stone tests,and sonogram of my scrotum. Nothing came up though. There is no swelling, no puss or discharge from penis..or anything else.
For a while, i didnt experienced anything..but its back now. it specially starts at night when im trying to lie down..or sleep.
Im a 22 year old engineering student.

Please suggest.
