Hi, I'm Looking To Ask For A Obgyn.... I Started

Hi, i'm looking to ask for a obgyn.... I started having stabbing pains in my vagina started around 9:00a.m they were short dull lasted about 10 seconds around 4:00p.m they got worst they come an go the stabbing got bad enough I cried it happens anytime sitting standing or laying down it just happens. I was told when I was 13 I have PCOS i'm 20 I went for almost a year with a period now it's been 211 days sense my last one I'm trying to get pregnant so I thought maybe I was pregnant I took multiple pregnancy tests at different times waiting weeks in between I even had a blood test all came back negative but my obgyn says everything is normal..... But it's not, not with the way my body is acting..... I don't have insurance an no one else will see me can you help me please
