Hi im male an i had a tingling in the tip of my penis for a long time now it started 1 to 2 months aftee having unprotected oral sex with a friend. About 1m ago i had a burning sensation in the tip of my penis after ejaculation but that was a one time thing
But i really started to notice the tingling in my penis around that time frame. Its been getting worse lately
My heath for the past month has been sketchy i expeinced dirahea for 3 days
Of coarse my penis is tingling latelys its been more obviouse an is very distracting
I feel like i always have to pee an it burns when i finally can pee (this is knew) also i think im experiencing Involuntary penile discharges (idk what color the discharges are)
