Hi, i'm miles. I'm 14 years old and sometimes have this problem with my stomach and my throat. For the past week and a half, at dinner time I eat and then food feels stuck in my throat. Drinking water doesn't help, it just gets even more stuck and I feel like I need to throw up. But I also can't breathe good at the same time. Can you help me? Thank you
