Hi Im Not Sure If Its A Bed Bug Bite

Hi im not sure if its a bed bug bite or if im allergic to something, i have these red bumps all over my arms, back, chest, legs hand(includin fingers) and it gets really itchy and swollen and its red and hurts to. And it gets really like swelled up. And i tried to squeeze it to see if anythin would come out and a a but of clear liquid would come out (not alot tho). So is this a bed bug bite? We checked the bed amd their wasnt any signs of them. Or could it be that im eatingsomething that triggers a allergic reaction? Becuase their like swollen red bumps.
