Hi Im Not Sure What To Do. My Glass Gate

Hi im not sure what to do. My glass gate on car came down on my nose with my glasses on, im in ALOT pain swelling and red a red line from where it landed headache hurts breathe in got bleeding stopped but drainage won't stop my right eye hurts bad and behind my eyes hurt. I dont like ERs. Please what do i do?
