Hi Im On The Depo Provera Injection.my Last Period Was

Hi im on the depo provera injection.my last period was 3 months ago right before i got my first injection..i was recently suppose to get my depo shot this week but couldnt yet cause insurance wont refill it yet. Ive been having light bleedingfor about 5-6 days now and had severe ccramps twice now.is this anything to be concerned about or will it go away soon? Thanks.
