Hi, Im Wandering If I Soyld Go To An Urgent

Hi, im wandering if i soyld go to an urgent care. My doctor has been booked for over a month anf for the past 7weeks i have had sever nausea and diarrhea. To the point where i can only eat a few bites of food and my stomach starts severely cramping and within minuted im on the toilet. I have taken pregnancy tests all negative thus far not sure what to do.
