Hi In 2008 I Had Colloid Cyst Removed Via Right

Hi in 2008 I had colloid cyst removed via right frontal craniotomy. For the last 3 days I've had a intense headache, and have notice when I turn my head to the right my neck is stiff and hurts. Anyway my question is should be worried, my last MRI was 2years ago and showed no signs of regrowth.
