Hi, In The Space Of A Couple Of Weeks I

Hi, in the space of a couple of weeks i have taken 4 pregnancy tests, 1 came back negative and 3 we inconcusive. I have had a period which was heavy to begin with but was very short which is unusual for me.
Also today i have had sharp pain in my lower abdomen on either side and it hurt in my lower abdomen when i went for a wee. Im not sure if this could be connected?
