Hi, is B vitamin complex good for the cure for ovarian cyst? I have again symptoms like lower back pain, stomach pain - cramps, dark spotting. I had an ovarian cyst several months ago, my period then returned, I didn't go to the physician again. Now I have again symptoms. I think my ovarian cyst has returned. Is it ok to take B vitamin complex for ovarian cysts? I'll call my physician on Monday. My period is late, but I have dark spotting, cramps, pain.
