Hi ,is It Possible To Have Both A Nodule(or A

Hi ,is it possible to have both a nodule(or a cyst??) and a Thyroid Goiter ?.

It was last yr I noticed this lump on my neck (like an adam's apple) approximately about 7 months after it was not that visible or prominent (touching my neck deeper I can still feel the peasize lump underneath )

me having a Thyroid Goiter is family lineage..(with sister and grandma) unlucky I didn't have yet a chance to consult any endocrinologist so didn't have any medication .
