Hi, Is It Possible To Have To Have Spina Bifida

Hi, is it possible to have to have spina bifida with hydrocephalus to be later diagnosed with epilepsy like 10 years later because of seizures. The reason I'm asking because lately violent outburst as to verbal and physical have started just recently. The bad side affects of the seizures meds are these outbursts. Just yesterday it happened at school... now the E.R. doctor is saying my child is having psychotic behavior and recommended her to be evaluated. My daughter is 18 now and have I, mom or any one else have had any issues such as this with my daughter.
