Hi Is It Safe To Take Triptans Like Amerge (Naratriptan)

Hi is it safe to take triptans like Amerge (Naratriptan) for hemiplegic migraines? My doctor just prescribed that for my other type of migraine pain that I have and lamoTRIgine for the hemiplegic episodes? And can hemiplegic migraines be life threatening? They feel like it sometimes and are very scary at times when your whole left side is paralyzed? Thank you so much.
