Hi Is Their Any Treament To Remove Old Tb Scar

Hi is their any treament to remove old tb scar on lungs. Am 35 yrs female came to uae on visit visa with my husband now want to sty on husband visa but getting scared of medical test as I have old tb scar. Recently I was done ct thorax n xray and sputum test done all are negative. Wat do i do to reduce scar n get medical fitness. Plz help me out
