Hi, Is There A Way To Get Rid Of Physical

Hi, is there a way to get rid of physical urticaria? I've had it for two months now and they won't go away. They flare up and leave anywhere form 10 minutes to an hours. I went to the dermatologists, she couldn't figure out why i was getting them so she gave me antihistamines. I can not keep taking these. Does physical urticaria go away forever on its own? Are there remedies and other things that can cause a permanent cure? Thank You
