Hi Is There A Way Yo Cheat A Spirometry Test

Hi is there a way yo cheat a spirometry test by this I mean, using asthma pump before hand. Or does the amount you smoke or for how long differ the pass or fail or a certain percentage. For instance if id smoke 5 years 10 cigs a day, would it change the results if I said id smoke for 12 years at 25 cigs a day. Could this change a result from a fail to a pass
