Hi, Is This Cause Enough For Concern To Go See

Hi, is this cause enough for concern to go see a doctor? I have been very dizzy recently to the point where it is hard to concentrate. I get cold very easily. In the mornings, there is something blood when I blow my nose. My upper left abdomen has sharp pain about three times a week (spleen I'm assuming?). I do have a breast lump, more in the armpit area, as well as one on the side of my neck as well. Although, I'm not sure either are really "lumps" or just normal skin. I often have sharp chest pain in both the right and left side of my chest. There is also a deepset itch in my breasts, as if there are fire ants inside them that I can't get to. I have also lost about 20 pounds in 4-6 months without putting in an ounce of effort. Many of these symptoms can be explained by my moderate anxiety levels, but I felt it's important to see if I should visit a doctor.
