Hi It Has Been 1 Month And I Am Yet

Hi it has been 1 month and I am yet to find diagnosis for meadiastinal lymphadenopathy. How to confirm if it is sarcoidisis or Hodgkin's disease? I am asymptomatic. All this started with xray which showed bilateral paratracheal adenopathy. Please help. I do feel stiffness in my back and chest sometimes while sleeping.
