Hi, It Has Been 58 Days So 's The Start

Hi, it has been 58 days so 's the start of my last period, which lasted about 12 days Feb 26-mar 12th. It is now April 24th and no period. I have taken a few at home pregnancy tests, but all are negative. I have had sharp abdominal cramping that comes and goes and i thought it was a sign my period was about to start, but nothing. I also am experiencing sharp lower back pain that I haven't felt since I was last pregnant. My health I Sudan's doesn't kick in until next month so I'm currently unable to go to a Dr. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
