Hi Its Been 2 Days Since I Went To The

Hi its been 2 days since i went to the ER for an intense pain in my gallbladder area. They ruled out anything serious that night and sent me back home on a diet of purely clear liquids. I followed the diet and its still painful whenever I move or touch it in a certain way. My stools are liquidy black now so its starting to worry me. They did ct scans, blood work, ultrasounds but stated that everything was healthy. Today I also developed a really sore throat with alot of yellow mucusy flem. Should I head back to the ER? Ive been taking magnesium for my constipation which it relieved. Could that and beef broth be causing my dark stools?
