Hi Its Been A Week Now And I Feel So

Hi its been a week now and i feel so uncomfortable because of the itch,irritating, burning feeling everytime i urinate.. Im not acive in sex. And i wanna ask what would be the cuase so i could avoid it next time. And is their any over the counter med that i can buy and what would it be. Thank u. More power!
